Scituate Vista

Scituate Vista Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities. Scituate Vista Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective October 1, 2012. The community consists of 232 apartments. Of which there are 154 one bedroom midrise apartments, 54 one bedroom townhouses, 16 two bedroom midrise apartments and 8 two bedroom townhouses apartments. All units are smoke free.
