Sparrows Point I

Sparrows Point I Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities .  Sparrows Point I Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective May 1, 2023. The community consists of 151 apartments. Of which include 135 one bedroom and 16 two bedroom apartments. All apartments are smoke free.
