Meshanticut Vista

Meshanticut Vista Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities. Meshanticut Vista Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective October 1, 2012. The community consists of 140 apartments. Of which are 126 one bedroom and 14 two bedroom apartments. All apartments are smoke free.
