Mr. Coates has 30 years of Rhode Island acquisition and development experience alongside Mr. Carpionato. Highlights of Mr. Coates resume include leadership in all Carpionato acquisitions with extensive experience in complex rezoning and project entitlement processes throughout New England. Mr. Coates has been responsible as the head of Carpionato Commercial Leasing for all office and retail properties. His resume includes office leases with Fortune 500 companies including large regional offices for RBS/Citizens Bank, Markel Insurance, CR Bard, EMC and ALEX AND ANI as well as retail leases exceeding 2 million square feet

Mr. Marasco, a graduate of Bryant University and Roger Williams University School of Law, has 20 plus years of experience specializing in financial strategy, real estate acquisitions, financing, development, operations and risk management. Mr. Marasco is responsible for financial reporting and planning, strategic forecasting and budgeting, and compliance for all corporate entities.

Mr. Chamberland has been with Carpionato Group for 30+ years, leading the fully integrated construction company Greene Construction . With responsibility in every phase of the company’s commercial development including all office and retail product, David also supervises a large staff which includes construction estimators, construction document reviewers, project directors, project supervisors, assistant construction supervisors, drafting technicians, site/space planning and all elements of construction accounting. Following completion of construction, David Chamberland’s expertise and team approach insures a consistent approach with day-to-day operational/preventive maintenance of all Carpionato Group facilities.

Vice President of Residential, Property Management, Sales & Marketing

Ms. Carpionato is a founding member of the Board of Trustees that took the helm of Carpionato Group upon Alfred Carpionato’s passing in 2018. Pursuant to Mr. Carpionato’s estate plan, Ms. Carpionato’s approval is required for all executive functions for Carpionato Group which include all business, financial and management decisions along with providing guidance and oversight, corporate strategy and assessing the company’s approach on business continuity, opportunities, and risks.

As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM©), Ms. Carpionato specializes in asset management. Using her understanding of the fundamentals of value creation, she is responsible for operational oversight of the Regional Property Management, Facilities Management and Tenant Representation divisions. Additionally, she leads operations and sales and leasing activities of the luxury-residential multifamily portfolio comprised of the 326-unit Chateau Properties and The Residences at Chapel View condominiums.

A Licensed Broker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ms. Carpionato leads the Carpionato Team’s efforts in Brokerage; Landlord and Retailer/Tenant representation.

Ms. Carpionato oversees all corporate sales & marketing and communications initiatives for the firm spanning a diverse portfolio including retail, office, mixed use, residential and hospitality sectors. She directs a team who specializes in marketing and communications, devising and executing strategic marketing campaigns using social, print, digital, and video media, graphic design and production, market research, mapping and information management. She also directs the sales and marketing teams of the hospitality division including the hotel and the restaurant portfolio.

Along with overseeing operations, Ms. Carpionato spearheads the interior design decisions for the Carpionato properties and provides the creative vision for the brand as a whole.

Mr. Taglianetti has had a long history with Carpionato Group. Formally with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) for 33 years, Mr. Taglianetti has worked extensively on many high-profile projects and developments for Carpionato before officially joining their team in 2018. Mr. Taglianetti assists with coordinating and overseeing consulting teams which include attorneys, site and civil teams, geotech and environmental teams, planners, and architects. Mr. Taglianetti’s knowledge base and experience provide value engineering, timeline efficiency, expediting permits and approvals, and minimizing excess costs helping to drive projects through the developmental pipeline.

Mr. Pierik’s resume includes high-rise office and retail leasing and sophisticated individual property and multiple properties-portfolio transactions throughout New England.
